Contact the workshop
Bring us the tangled culm
Tell us what your estate looks like today and what you would like it to become. Every message reaches the same small group of engineers who will do the work, and we usually reply within one working day. You can write to clients@bamboostriketech.buzz, call +17793409560, or use the form below, which opens a prepared message in your own email client.
Common questions
Three things clients ask first
Most opening conversations happen within one working day of your message. A paid estate survey is usually scheduled within a week, and the Culm Splitting Desk session follows once the survey notes are agreed. We do not begin integration work before the split plan is signed, because a system cut from an unclear plan never cures straight.
Yes, and we prefer to know about it early. Most real estates are a mixture of industrial controllers, older databases, modern application stacks and a network fabric that has grown in layers. Rhizome Run Rounds are designed exactly for that reality, so bring us the whole grove rather than only the tidy parts.
We treat every message, document and survey note as confidential to the engagement. The details of how we collect, use and store that information are set out in our privacy policy, and the promises we make about the service itself are set out in our terms of service. Both documents are linked from every page of this site.
